My research examines how post-transcriptional regulatory networks shape mRNA stability and cancer metastasis. Using SLAM-seq, CLIP-seq, and CRISPRi, I study how RNA-binding proteins control cancer cell fate across diverse models chosen to better reflect the patients most affected by the disease.
